4. Pricing and Payment

7. Liability and Insurance

We maintain public liability insurance. However, our liability is limited to the value of the service contract or the cost of rectifying any damage directly caused by our negligence, whichever is less.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or conditions
Consequential or indirect losses
Damage caused by client's failure to provide access or information
Acts beyond our reasonable control

8. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the agreement, typically 30 days written notice.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:

Non-payment

Unsafe working conditions
Illegal activities

9. Complaints and Disputes
